Socks are mandatory for everyone.

The Balls of Fun Party:

A Balls of Fun Party is a time to celebrate any group occasion: Birthday Party, Team Party, Christmas Party, Halloween Party or a Just Because Party.

Booking a party at Balls of Fun is easy:

  • Choose the date and time for the party.
  • Choose a Party Package or Make Your Own Party Package.
  • The party is restricted to a two hour time frame. The first hour is the active hour in the gym, and the second hour takes place in the private party room. (The children do not need to stay in the party room during the room time.)

Note:

  • If you book Slot One on Saturday or Sunday, you may also rent the private party room from 10 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. for an additional cost of $50.00. This will give you two hours in the Private Party Room. 
  • If you book Slot Six on Friday or Saturday, you may also rent the whole facility (PRIVATELY), from 7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m., for $100.00 per hour. The private facility rental extends the fun with just your family and friends.

 

Make Your Own Party Package:

  • Admission per child + private party room rental cost.
  • Pizza, juice, cake and party extras can also be added to this option.
  • You may bring your own nut-free and peanut-free food into the facility.

    Child Party Admission (for two hours):

    0– 12 months: Free
    1-8 years: $7.97 + 13% HST ($1.03) = $9.00 total
    9-12 years: $9.74 + 13% HST ($1.26) = $11.00 total

    Adult Party Admission (ages 13 +):

    1-10 adults: Free
    11+ adults: $1.00 each


Party Room:  

  • Balls of Fun has ONE beach ball inspired party room, creating a fun environment for any type of child’s party.
  • We are a children’s gym, so we are always open to the public during regular hours. However, having only ONE party room gives focus to the one party being celebrated. The party room does book quickly. So call us to find out available dates and times. You may leave a message @ 905-828-4386, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
  • The party is a two hour party, but the room rental is for only one hour, unless you book slot one and want the room for two hours or slot six, where you can extend the party into a private facility rental.

Party Room Rental Prices:  

Tuesday- Thursday: $50.00 per hour + 13% HST ($6.50) =$56.50

Friday-Sunday: $80.00 per hour + 13% HST ($10.40) = $90.40    

Private Facility Rental Price on Friday and Saturdays, from 7:30-9:30 p.m: $100 (+ 13%
HST) = $113 per hour

Party Packages

Benefits of a Party Package:

  • Getting a Party Package does provide some admissions savings and a free return Gift Card for the birthday child.
  • It also allows us to take care of some items for you, so that you have less to bring to the party. The pizza comes on time and stays in the hot bags until you are ready to enjoy. If you have us order and pick up the Dairy Queen Cake, then it is also one less thing to worry about, and the adults love ice cream cake too! You can also personalize the cake with a picture and a message.
  • You may bring your own nut-free and peanut-free food into the party. Please ensure that all of your guests, who may bring food, know that we are a nut-free facility.
  • If you decide on a package, then you pay the package price, even if less children than the expected amount attend the party. If you have more than the expected amount of children attend the party, then the admission price per child (1-12 years of age is $7.97) is added to the final party amount. Any extra food or drink needed for the party will also be added to the final party amount.

5-10 Kid Party Package:

  • This package is for up to 10 children. Each additional child (1-12 years) is $7.97
  • This is a two hour party. The first hour is the active hour in the gym, and the second hour takes place in the private party room. (The children do not need to stay in the party room during the room time.)
  • 10 Balls of Fun Invitations
  • Two large pizzas (10 slices each pizza)
  • Two pitchers of juice (apple and fruit punch)
  • Coffee and Tea (upon request)
  • A party organizer to clean up after the party
  • A free return Gift Card for the birthday child

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday = $170 + 13% HST ($22.10) = $192.10
Friday, Saturday and Sunday = $200 + 13% HST ($26.00) = $226.00

 

11-15 Kid Party Package:

  • This package is for up to 15 children. Each additional child (1-12 years) is $7.97.
  • This is a two hour party. The first hour is the active hour in the gym, and the second hour takes place in the private party room. (The children do not need to stay in the party room during the room time.)
  • 15 Balls of Fun Invitations
  • Three large pizzas (10 slices each pizza)
  • Three pitchers of juice (apple and fruit punch)

16-20 Kid Party Package:

  • This package is for up to 20 children. Each additional child (1-12 years) is $7.97.
  • This is a two hour party. The first hour is the active hour in the gym, and the second hour takes place in the private party room. (The children do not need to stay in the party room during the room time.)
  • 20 Balls of Fun Invitations
  • Four large pizzas (10 slices each pizza)
  • Four pitchers of juice (apple and fruit punch)
  • Coffee and Tea (upon request)
  • A party organizer to clean up after the party
  • A free return Gift Card for the birthday child

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday = $270 + 13% HST ($35.10) = $305.10
Friday, Saturday and Sunday = $300 + 13% HST ($39.00) = $339.00

Party Room Decorations:

The party room is filled with primary colours and beach balls hang from the ceiling. Extra decorations are not needed. However, if you would like to personalize the space you may bring balloons and decorations. Please ask staff for our painter’s tape so that the paint on the party room walls is not damaged. Thank you.


How to Book a Party

  • Call the facility to inquire about available party times. The best way to ensure your desired party date and time is to book your child’s party room as far in advance as possible. Please, leave your name and number on the answering machine.
  • Book your desired party time with a $50.00 non-refundable deposit. This deposit goes toward your party cost. This deposit may be made in person or over the phone.
  • The party price consists of the Room Rental + Admission OR the Party Package option.
  • You may bring your drinks and PEANUT FREE and NUT FREE food to the facility.
  • You may order party extras, food and drinks through the facility. We order our pizza from Dominos and our cake from Dairy Queen.
  • A party is two hours. The gym has one party room. We are a children’s gym, and we are open to the public.
  • The first hour of the party is the active hour in the gym. The second party hour takes place in the private party room. The children do not need to stay in the party room during the entire room time. The party is over at the end of the room time.

With a reserved party you get a Party Organizer who will . . .

  • Prepare the party room with your requested party items.
  • Welcome your guests.
  •  Give your guests name tags and take phone numbers from adults who do not stay for the party.
  • Take the gifts for your party and lock them into a cupboard until the end of your party time.
  • Help to hand out loot bags at the end of your party time. Loot bags must be given to guests as they sign out of the facility. We do not want loot bag items in the facility or gym area. Please label loot bags with each child’s name. 
  • Communicate with you so that your time at the facility runs smoothly.
  • Make announcements so that guests know when it is time to celebrate in the party room and when the party is over.
  • Clean the party room.

Note:

It is easiest to leave all of your party items in the car during the active hour of the party. Then bring the party items into the facility when you have the private party room.


No parties are to be celebrated in the main eating area:

  • If you would like to celebrate a party at the facility, you must book the party room.
  • A large group may not take over the public eating area, nor may a party be celebrated in the public eating area.
  • The following items represent a party and may not be brought into the public eating area: food platters, medium/large coolers, balloons, presents, loot bags, cake or cupcakes. All of these items suggest a party, and parties are reserved for the party room only.
  • The “Happy Birthday” song may not be sung in the main eating area and candles may not be lit or blown out in the main eating area.
  • Staff will ask that party items be removed from the public eating area.
  • You may always celebrate a child’s birthday by being active at the facility with friends, but you may not look like a birthday celebration in the public eating area.

When you book a party at the facility, the following information is addressed:

  • We are a socks only facility. Bring extra socks for guests.
  • Please provide necessary tableware for the party. This helps to personalize the party for your child.
  • The remainder of the party balance must be paid by cash or debit. 
  • The first hour of the party is the active hour. The second hour takes place in the party room.  The children do not need to remain in the party room during the full hour, but this is the time to celebrate with food, drinks, and (of course) cake. You will also have a party organizer who will greet your guests, give them a name tag, and take presents. This party organizer will also hand out any loot bags at the end of the party, as loot bag items may not go into the gym area.
  • Gift Certificates may be purchased in place of a loot bag for $6.00 each (a $3.00 admission savings)
  • We are a nut-free facility. No nuts or peanuts in any food or cake brought into the facility.  No hazel nuts/ pistachios.
  • Party details do not need to be confirmed at this time.  Once you have decided on the details for your child’s party, call the facility. If we have not heard from you, our party coordinator will call to confirm party details the week of the party.
  • The party attendance form is due one week prior to the party. This form can be given in person or on line, and it can be received in person, fax or via e-mail.
  • A one to five ratio is needed for the party, as parents need to supervise the party children.
  • Please read over the facility rules and the party rules from the flyer or on-line. If you have any questions, please call us.

Download a copy of the attendance form (Word or PDF) and fax or e-mail us the form with the names and ages of the children attending the party and the number of expected adults.


Party Rules:

  • Parents are responsible for their child’s party.
  • Parents / guardians must watch their children. There must be a ration of 1:5 (adult: children).
  • No Piñatas.
  • Parents may bring in extra drinks and PEANUT FREE and NUT FREE food to enjoy in the party room; however, food deliveries are not accepted at the front desk.
  • No presents are to be opened at the facility, as we do not want items to go missing or to be brought into the gym area.
  • Loot bags may only be handed out as guests sign out of the party, as we do not want loot bag items in the facility or gym. Many loot bag items are choking hazards.
  • Please ensure that you and your guests leave on time; tidy up five minutes before the party completion. Staying beyond your scheduled time may result is a $40.00 fee. Many times there is another party reserved in the room and staff needs to clean and prepare the room for the next party.
  • Please make guests aware of the facility and gym rules.
